Saket Jhunjunwala Photography ("Saket Photography," "We," "Us," or "Our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("You" or "Your"). We collect information to provide and improve your Saket Photography experience. This information falls into several categories:

• Contact Information: We optionally collect your email address, phone numbers, and business name (only if Registration feature enabled by the Admin).
• Event Information: About the Events you create, including details like name, date, location, and a guest list with email addresses.
• Photo Information: We securely store photos uploaded to the App by you or your authorized guests.
• Device Information: We collect limited information from your device, such as but not limited to, operating system version and phone model, depending on your granted permissions.
• Facial Recognition (Optional): In events where facial recognition is enabled by the Admin, users can choose to share a selfie. We store only facial feature vectors and never the selfie itself. This data is deleted from our servers when the event or the Face Recognition pack expires. Once deleted, the Faces Recognition data cannot be restored.
• Log Data: When you access or use our website or services, our servers automatically record information like IP addresses, device and browser configurations, timestamps, and browsing activity.
• Usage Data: We may collect data on how you use the Services, such as gallery creation date and time, and timestamps of communications sent through the account.
• Tracking Technologies and Cookies: We may use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Services and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Services. The technologies we use may include Browser cookies, Flash Cookies, and Web beacons.

We will delete the user's information from our records and database and send a confirmation email back to the user as soon as the deletion of information is processed. We may continue to retain anonymized information that is not identifiable to a person to help us improve our Services.

Our Services are not directed towards children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us. We will take steps to delete the information from our servers.
